Rate limits
Each account can make 1,000 requests per hour by default. The limit is shared by all API keys on the account.
The window is fixed to the clock hour in UTC. The count resets at the start of each hour, for example at 14:00:00 UTC, not one hour after your first request.
Every authenticated response includes these headers, including 429 responses:
When the limit is reached, the API returns 429 Too Many Requests until the next hour starts. A 429 response also includes a Retry-After header with the number of seconds until the window resets. Wait that long, then retry.
Requests rejected with 401 Unauthorized do not count toward the limit.
To fetch data with fewer requests, use a larger limit (up to 500) on list queries. See Pagination and sorting. If you need a higher limit, contact Tradespace support.
