# Todo

GraphQL object

A task, optionally attached to a record, with checklist items and assignees.

## Fields

- `archivedAt` — The date the todo was archived. Returns null if the todo is active.
- `archivedByUser` — The user who archived the todo.
- `assignedAt` — The date the todo was last assigned.
- `beginOn` — The todo's start date.
- `completed` — Whether the todo is completed.
- `completedAt` — The date the todo was completed.
- `completedByUser` — The user who completed the todo.
- `createdAt` — The todo's creation date.
- `createdByUser` — The user who created the todo.
- `createdByUserId` — The unique identifier of the user who created the todo.
- `delayed` — Whether the todo is past due.
- `dueOn` — The todo's due date.
- `externalId` — The todo's identifier in an external system. Set when the todo is imported.
- `id` — The todo's unique identifier.
- `notes` — The todo's notes.
- `reminderAt` — The date and time a reminder is scheduled for.
- `sourceEnum` — How the todo was created, such as manually or by import.
- `title` — The todo's title.
- `todoAssignments` — The users the todo is assigned to.
- `todoItems` — The todo's checklist items.
- `todoableId` — The unique identifier of the record the todo belongs to.
- `todoableType` — The type of record the todo belongs to, such as `Disclosure` or `Filing`.
- `typeLookup` — The todo's type. A global or account-specific lookup value.
- `updatedAt` — The date the todo was last updated.
- `updatedByUser` — The user who last updated the todo.
- `updatedByUserId` — The unique identifier of the user who last updated the todo.
- `user` — The user the todo belongs to.
- `userId` — The unique identifier of the user account linked to the todo.
