# PriorDisclosure

GraphQL object

An earlier disclosure of the invention outside the office, such as a conference talk, publication, or sale.

## Fields

- `createdAt` — The prior disclosure's creation date.
- `createdByUser` — The user who created the prior disclosure.
- `description` — The prior disclosure's description.
- `disclosureOn` — The date of the prior disclosure.
- `id` — The prior disclosure's unique identifier.
- `ndaDetails` — Details of the non-disclosure agreement.
- `otherDisclosureType` — The kind of prior disclosure, when the type is other.
- `typeEnum` — How the invention was disclosed.
- `underNda` — Whether the prior disclosure was made under a non-disclosure agreement.
- `updatedAt` — The date the prior disclosure was last updated.
- `updatedByUser` — The user who last updated the prior disclosure.
- `url` — A link to the prior disclosure, such as a published article.
