# Note

GraphQL object

A note attached to a record, such as a disclosure, agreement, or contact.

## Fields

- `content` — The note's text.
- `createdAt` — The note's creation date.
- `createdByUser` — The user who created the note.
- `edited` — Whether the note has been edited since it was created.
- `externalId` — The note's identifier in an external system. Set when the note is imported.
- `id` — The note's unique identifier.
- `noteNumber` — The note's number. Unique among the notes on the same record.
- `noteable` — The record the note belongs to. Returns null for record types the API does not expose.
- `sourceEnum` — How the note was created, such as manually or by import.
- `taggings` — The tags applied to the note.
- `title` — The note's title.
- `updatedAt` — The date the note was last updated.
- `updatedByUser` — The user who last edited the note.
