# IncomingEmail

GraphQL object

An email received by the account's mailbox and assigned to matters and contacts.

## Fields

- `aiSummary` — An AI-generated summary of the email.
- `archivedAt` — The date the email was archived. Returns null if the email is active.
- `archivedByUser` — The user who archived the email.
- `createdAt` — The email's creation date.
- `htmlBody` — The email's HTML body, with scripts and other unsafe markup removed.
- `id` — The email's unique identifier.
- `incomingEmailAttachments` — The files attached to or embedded in the email.
- `incomingEmailAttachmentsCount` — The number of files attached to the email.
- `incomingEmailContacts` — The contacts linked to the email.
- `incomingEmailContactsCount` — The number of contacts linked to the email.
- `incomingEmailMatters` — The links between the email and its matters, including unconfirmed suggestions.
- `incomingEmailUsers` — The sender and recipient addresses on the email.
- `rawFrom` — The sender addresses as they appear in the `From` header.
- `receivedAt` — The date and time the email was received.
- `stateEnum` — Whether the email has been assigned to a matter.
- `subject` — The email's original subject line.
- `taggings` — The tags applied to the email.
- `textBody` — The email's plain-text body.
- `title` — The email's title. Defaults to the subject and can be edited.
- `unlinkedEmails` — The email addresses on the email that are not linked to any contact.
- `updatedAt` — The date the email was last updated.
