# Filing

GraphQL object

An intellectual property filing, such as a patent application, trademark, copyright, or plant variety.

## Fields

- `abandonedOn` — The date the filing was abandoned.
- `adjustedExpiresOn` — The filing's expiration date adjusted for patent term adjustment.
- `allowanceOn` — The date of the notice of allowance.
- `applicationNumber` — The filing's application number.
- `archivedAt` — The date the filing was archived. Returns null if the filing is active.
- `archivedByUser` — The user who archived the filing.
- `compromisedOn` — The date the trade secret was compromised.
- `convertedOn` — The date the provisional was converted.
- `copyrightTypeEnum` — The kind of copyright.
- `countryCode` — The ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code.
- `createdAt` — The filing's creation date.
- `createdByUser` — The user who created the filing.
- `createdByUserId` — The unique identifier of the user who created the filing.
- `description` — A description of the trade secret or know-how.
- `disclosure` — The filing's disclosure.
- `disclosureId` — The unique identifier of the disclosure the filing protects.
- `entitySizeEnum` — The applicant's entity size for fee purposes.
- `epoApplicationNumber` — The filing's European Patent Office application number.
- `expiresOn` — The filing's expiration date.
- `externalFilingNumber` — The filing's number in an external docketing system.
- `filingContacts` — The inventors, attorneys, and other contacts on the filing.
- `filingCreatedOn` — The date the filing record was created.
- `filingNumber` — The filing's number, assigned by the account.
- `filingOn` — The filing's filing date.
- `filingTypeEnum` — The filing's kind, such as patent, trademark, or copyright.
- `firstPublicationOn` — The date of first publication.
- `grantedNumber` — The filing's granted patent number.
- `grantedOn` — The date the filing was granted.
- `id` — The filing's unique identifier.
- `identifiedOn` — The date the trade secret was identified.
- `knowHowCategoryEnum` — The category of the know-how.
- `licenseStateEnum` — The filing's licensing status.
- `nationalStageEntryOn` — The date of national stage entry. Applies to PCT filings.
- `obsoleteOn` — The date the know-how became obsolete.
- `patent` — The filing's patent.
- `patentId` — The unique identifier of the matching public patent record.
- `patentTypeEnum` — The kind of patent filing, such as provisional, PCT, or national.
- `pctFiling` — The parent PCT filing.
- `pctFilingId` — The unique identifier of the parent PCT filing.
- `plantCultivarName` — The cultivar name. Applies to plant varieties.
- `plantLatinBinomial` — The Latin binomial name. Applies to plant varieties.
- `plantPropagationMethodEnum` — The propagation method. Applies to plant varieties.
- `priority` — Whether the filing claims priority.
- `priorityOn` — The filing's priority date.
- `ptaDays` — The patent term adjustment in days.
- `ptaEnabled` — Whether patent term adjustment applies.
- `publicationNumber` — The filing's publication number.
- `publishedOn` — The filing's publication date.
- `registeredOn` — The filing's registration date.
- `registrationNumber` — The filing's registration number. Applies to trademarks and copyrights.
- `registryUrl` — The URL of the filing in the official registry.
- `reviewOn` — The date the know-how should be reviewed.
- `sourceEnum` — How the filing was created, such as manually or by import.
- `stateEnum` — The filing's state.
- `supersededOn` — The date the know-how was superseded.
- `title` — The filing's title.
- `tradeSecretCategoryEnum` — The category of the trade secret.
- `trademarkBasisEnum` — The filing basis. Applies to trademarks.
- `trademarkGoodsAndServices` — The goods and services covered. Applies to trademarks.
- `trademarkTypeEnum` — The kind of trademark.
- `updatedAt` — The date the filing was last updated.
- `updatedByUser` — The user who last updated the filing.
- `updatedByUserId` — The unique identifier of the user who last updated the filing.
- `validatedOn` — The filing's validation date. Applies to European patents.
