# Deal

GraphQL object

A commercialization deal tracked through a pipeline of stages.

## Fields

- `agreementsCount` — The number of agreements linked to the deal.
- `archivedAt` — The date the deal was archived. Returns null if the deal is active.
- `archivedByUser` — The user who archived the deal.
- `commentsCount` — The number of comments on the deal.
- `createdAt` — The deal's creation date.
- `createdByUser` — The user who created the deal.
- `createdByUserId` — The unique identifier of the user who created the deal.
- `dealContacts` — The contacts involved in the deal.
- `dealMatters` — The links between the deal and the disclosures, patents, and other matters attached to it.
- `description` — The deal's description.
- `disclosuresCount` — The number of disclosures linked to the deal.
- `externalId` — The deal's identifier in an external system. Set when the deal is imported.
- `id` — The deal's unique identifier.
- `lastActivityAt` — The date of the most recent activity on the deal.
- `matterDocumentsCount` — The number of documents attached to the deal.
- `opportunitiesCount` — The number of opportunities linked to the deal.
- `ownerUser` — The user who owns the deal.
- `sourceEnum` — How the deal was created, such as manually or by import.
- `stageLookup` — The deal's pipeline stage. A global or account-specific lookup value.
- `title` — The deal's title.
- `typeEnum` — The deal's type.
- `updatedAt` — The date the deal was last updated.
- `updatedByUser` — The user who last updated the deal.
- `updatedByUserId` — The unique identifier of the user who last updated the deal.
