# AgreementTerm

GraphQL object

A financial term of an agreement, such as a royalty, milestone, or fee.

## Fields

- `assignmentFee` — The fee due on assignment.
- `assignmentFeePercentage` — The assignment fee as a percentage.
- `createdAt` — The term's creation date.
- `currency` — The ISO 4217 currency code used by the term's monetary fields.
- `description` — The term's description.
- `equityNotes` — Notes about the equity arrangement.
- `feeReimbursementToDate` — The fees reimbursed to date.
- `feeReimbursementTypeEnum` — How patent fees are reimbursed.
- `filingFee` — The filing fee amount.
- `filingFeePercentage` — The percentage of filing fees reimbursed.
- `filingFees` — Whether the licensee reimburses filing fees.
- `fixedFee` — The fixed fee amount.
- `id` — The term's unique identifier.
- `liquidationFee` — The fee due on liquidation.
- `liquidationFeePercentage` — The liquidation fee as a percentage.
- `maintenanceFee` — The maintenance fee amount.
- `maintenanceFeePercentage` — The percentage of maintenance fees reimbursed.
- `maintenanceFees` — Whether the licensee reimburses maintenance fees.
- `milestoneCashFee` — The cash fee due on milestone.
- `milestoneEquityPercentage` — The percentage of equity granted on milestone.
- `milestoneEquityShares` — The number of equity shares granted on milestone.
- `milestoneName` — The name of the milestone that triggers the term.
- `minimumAnnualRoyalty` — The minimum royalty due per year.
- `modelEnum` — The term's financial model, such as royalty or fixed fee.
- `netPaymentTerms` — The number of net payment term units. See `netPaymentTermsLengthEnum` for the unit.
- `netPaymentTermsLengthEnum` — The unit of the net payment terms, such as days or months.
- `paymentFrequency` — How often payments are due. See `paymentFrequencyLengthEnum` for the unit.
- `paymentFrequencyLengthEnum` — The unit of the payment frequency.
- `percentageOfRevenue` — The percentage of revenue owed.
- `productTaggings` — The product tags applied to the term.
- `royaltyFrequency` — How often royalties are due.
- `royaltyProduct` — The product the royalty applies to.
- `royaltyRate` — The royalty rate as a percentage.
- `salesReportInterval` — How often sales reports are due. See `salesReportIntervalUnitEnum` for the unit.
- `salesReportIntervalUnitEnum` — The unit of the sales report interval.
- `termNumber` — The term's number within the agreement.
- `termsBeginOn` — The date the term takes effect.
- `termsEndOn` — The date the term ends.
- `title` — The term's title.
- `typeEnum` — The term's type.
- `updatedAt` — The date the term was last updated.
- `upfrontCashFee` — The cash fee due upfront.
- `upfrontEquityPercentage` — The percentage of equity granted upfront.
- `upfrontEquityShares` — The number of equity shares granted upfront.
