# AgreementOrganization

GraphQL object

An organization party to an agreement, with its financial terms.

## Fields

- `accountLead` — Whether the account is the lead for this organization.
- `addressState` — The state, province, or region.
- `agreementOrganizationContacts` — The contacts representing the organization on the agreement.
- `city` — The city.
- `countryCode` — The ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code.
- `createdAt` — The agreement organization's creation date.
- `currency` — The ISO 4217 currency code used by the agreement organization's monetary fields.
- `id` — The agreement organization's unique identifier.
- `leadInstitution` — Whether the organization is the lead institution.
- `organization` — The agreement organization's organization.
- `organizationAddress` — The organization's address used for the agreement.
- `pastPatentExpenses` — The patent expenses the organization incurred before the agreement.
- `postalCode` — The postal or ZIP code.
- `royaltyDistributionPercentage` — The percentage of royalties distributed to the organization.
- `shareOfNetConsideration` — The percentage of net consideration owed to the organization.
- `shareOfPatentCost` — The percentage of patent costs borne by the organization.
- `street1` — The first line of the street address.
- `street2` — The second line of the street address.
- `typeEnum` — The organization's role in the agreement, such as licensee or licensor.
- `updatedAt` — The date the agreement organization was last updated.
